01About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to Husbo — AI Boyfriend Story and related support services provided by Asaloda App (“we”, “us”). For support or legal notices, contact support@husbo.app.

By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent a valid agreement can be formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Accepting these terms is not, by itself, consent to optional data processing or sharing personal information with an AI provider.

02Eligibility and fictional AI

You must meet the age and eligibility requirements shown in Husbo and its App Store listing and be legally able to enter this agreement. Do not use the service where prohibited by applicable law. A parent or guardian’s permission does not override a stated minimum age restriction.

Husbo offers fictional AI characters, conversation experiences, and interactive stories. Characters are not real people. Dialogue may simulate emotions or relationships; it does not establish an actual human relationship, a professional duty, or a guarantee of accuracy or continuity.

AI responses may be inaccurate, repetitive, unexpected, or inappropriate. Do not rely on them for important real-world decisions. Husbo is entertainment, not medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice, and not an emergency service.

03Access and accounts

Where the app provides an account or guest profile, use accurate information when required and keep access to your device and credentials secure. Do not access another person’s account without permission. Let support know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You are responsible for a compatible device, an internet connection, and any charges from your connectivity provider. Features can differ by app version, location, device, and access tier. The app and purchase screen identify the current offer; this website does not promise a particular unreleased feature.

Account and data deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy. Uninstalling the app does not itself end an Apple subscription.

04Subscriptions and purchases

Husbo may offer paid subscriptions, premium access, gems, or other in-app items. The applicable purchase screen sets out the product, duration, price, currency, renewal terms, and included access before you confirm. No specific price or unlimited-use entitlement is promised by these terms.

Apple billing and renewal

For Apple In-App Purchases, payment is processed through your Apple Account. A subscription renews under the terms shown by Apple unless you cancel before renewal. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. A trial or introductory offer, when available, converts as disclosed when you accept it unless cancelled in time.

You can manage cancellation in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Husbo. The access remaining after cancellation follows the rules shown for your subscription or trial. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.

Restoring access and refunds

Use Restore Purchases, where available in your version of Husbo, for eligible purchases with the purchasing Apple Account. Consumable items are treated differently from subscriptions and non-consumable purchases. For missing items, contact support with the relevant purchase reference, not your password or full payment details.

Refunds for Apple-billed purchases can be requested through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Eligibility is assessed under Apple’s process and applicable law; a request is not a guarantee. Nothing in these terms removes statutory cancellation, refund, or digital-content rights.

Virtual items

Gems and virtual gifts provide in-app functionality, not ownership of cash, investments, or a transferable financial asset. They cannot be redeemed with us for cash except where required by law. The offer shown at purchase governs included quantities and any applicable limits. Statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.

05Acceptable use

Use Husbo lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not use the service to create, request, or distribute material involving child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, credible threats, targeted harassment, fraud, or other unlawful activity. Do not submit personal information or protected material you have no right to use.

Do not bypass safety or access controls, interfere with the service, misuse payment systems, introduce malicious code, or exploit the service through unauthorized automated extraction. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.

A fictional context does not make prohibited conduct acceptable. Report problematic output through Support, using the “Report AI content” category.

06Your content and generated output

You retain any rights you have in material you submit. You give us limited permission to process that material as needed to provide the requested feature, maintain the service, and address a support or safety issue as described in the Privacy Policy. This is not an unrestricted licence to sell conversations or train unrelated models.

These terms do not replace a required data-processing disclosure or consent. Additional processing requires an applicable lawful basis and any necessary permission.

Generated output may not be unique and may resemble material provided to others. We do not promise exclusive ownership or that every output is free of third-party rights. Check an output before using or sharing it outside the app.

07Husbo intellectual property

The Husbo name, design, software, characters, illustrations, and other service materials are owned or licensed by their respective rights holders. Except for permissions in the applicable app licence or mandatory law, you may not copy, distribute, sell, or present those materials as your own.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Husbo or another person’s intellectual property. If you believe material in the service infringes your rights, contact support with enough detail to identify it and explain the claim.

08Safety, restrictions and termination

We may restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, a material breach, a security risk, or harm to others. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to ask for review through support, unless doing so would undermine safety or a legal obligation.

Any action will remain subject to applicable consumer rights, including remedies for paid services. A suspension does not authorize unrelated use of your personal information, and stopping use does not automatically cancel a third-party subscription.

You can stop using Husbo and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Terms that need to continue by their nature, such as payment obligations already incurred and intellectual-property protections, continue only to the extent lawful and relevant.

09Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a functioning service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output, or permanent access to a particular fictional character or story. Maintenance, provider changes, technical issues, or lawful product changes may affect features. Applicable notices and remedies for material changes to paid services will be respected.

Nothing here excludes mandatory guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other circumstances protected by applicable law. You retain rights to remedies when a digital service does not meet legally required standards.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use, circumstances outside reasonable control, or reliance on fictional AI dialogue as verified professional advice. This statement does not override a non-excludable duty.

10Apple app licence

For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a separate, applicable app licence is provided through the App Store. These terms cover Husbo’s service and do not replace an applicable app licence.

Apple is not the provider of Husbo’s AI conversations or stories. Contact us about the Husbo service; Apple handles matters within its own billing and platform responsibilities. Mandatory legal protections and the applicable app licence take priority to the extent of any conflict.

11Applicable law and disputes

These terms are subject to applicable law. They do not select an exclusive national law or court, require compulsory arbitration, or waive mandatory consumer protections. Applicable law determines which courts have jurisdiction.

Please contact support to try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from contacting a regulator, using an available dispute-resolution process, or bringing a claim before a competent court, including in your country of residence where the law permits.

12Updates and contact

We may update these terms for changes in the service or legal requirements. We will give notice of material changes where required and seek agreement when needed. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies only to the extent it can lawfully operate without it.
